We are happy to present our new apartment to you:
Equipment:
- 1 bedroom with a double bunk bed, couch, TV and natural wooden floor
- Bathroom with sauna, infrared cabin and a rain shower
- Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge combined with a freezer, slicer, water heater, dishwasher and a coffee machine filled with aromatic organic beans! Comfortable sitting corner
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, pull out couch, TV and a natural wooden floor
- Bathroom with rain shower
- Balcony with a view of the mountains
- Internet connection (wifi)
- We are happy to provide cots and high chairs for our little friends
Beddings and towels are free.
Be inspired by the different kinds of wood such as oak, old wood, larch and the scent of Swiss stone pine.
Sleep in a duvet made of organic-cotton, enjoy our saunas with a great view of Leogangs mountain world and alpine meadows.
Take care of yourself with our organic cosmetics, additionally we offer service of different kinds of bread and a possibility to purchase our organic products from our cheese dairy for a healthy and rich organic breakfast.
You can also use our sitting room that has a cosy fire place, use this to meet up with other guests or simply to relax.
Even your 4 legged friends are welcome at our farm. We kindly ask you, out of our consideration from our other guests, not to let them on our couch or beds. Costs € 10,00 per night.

All prices per person and per overnight stay exclusive local tax.
Towels and bedding is included in these prices.
Cancellation policy:
Bedroom cancellation is only valid in a written form. The booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulation apply.
- Until 3 months there are no cancellation fees.
- 3 months until 1 month before 40%
- 1 months until 1 week before 70%
- In the last week 100%
Travel insurance:
Fees will also be charged by early arrivals or late departures. Something can quickly happen to yourself or the children that you cannot take the booked trip. In this case we recommend you to book a travel insurance.
Arrival and departure:
You can get into your apartment from 2pm. If you come earlier, it is no problem to leave your cases at the Sinnlehenhof.
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to clear the room until 9.30am. In the event of early departure, the apartment will be charged until the booked departure date.
Payment:
Please transfer the amount 1 week before you arrive to our bank account. You will find the bank details on your reservation confirmation. In exceptional cases, you can also pay cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept debit or credit cards. You can find an ATM in Leogang at the Raiffaisen bank. There is also one at the cable station in Leogang.
